Meet The Founder
Hi, I’m Dr. Ari Calhoun, a perinatal & pediatric Naturopathic Doctor and mother of two. I founded Kith & Kin Wellness with one main intention in mind- stopping the exponential rise in chronic childhood illness, through both prevention and treatment. Through my own battle with autoimmunity, infertility, and other chronic illness, I have come to understand the importance of solid health foundations from as early as the preconception time period. As a parent, I realize just how difficult it can be to raise a child in an environment filled with toxins, electronics, and commercialized junk food. I understand how overwhelming it can be to sift through information online and determine what will be best for your child. The good news, you don’t have to do this alone. I created Kith and Kin Wellness to change the future for our children, to support mother's in their endeavor to create better health for their child, and to ensure the health of the mother is not forgotten in this journey.
